As the Global Operations Manager at Phinomenon, you're the person who keeps the growth engine running, the memes trending, and the Phi Browser actually showing up where humans hang out. You'll oversee and manage the operation of Phi Browser on a global scale, which means you'll need to juggle time zones, algorithms, and the occasional existential crisis about why people still use Internet Explorer. You'll dance through mainstream social media, whisper sweet nothings to SEO, and hack growth like your life depends on it. You'll know what works in the US, what flops in the EU, what tiggers in Asia, and how to get Phi Browser into the hands (and hearts) of everyone from Brooklyn hipsters to Berlin techies. Building community? That's your bread and butter. Delivering Phi Browser to the planet? That's just Monday.

• Own the global operational strategy for Phi Browser — from "why aren't we trending?" to "oh god, we're trending"
• Navigate mainstream and niche social media platforms like a digital native (or at least convincingly fake it)
• Develop and execute SEO strategies that actually work, not just look good in a ppt deck
• Hack growth, build hype, and turn obscure features into viral sensations
• Manage and optimize operations across US/EU/Asia markets, because "one size fits all" is a lie
• Build, nurture, and sometimes babysit online communities — turn lurkers into loyalists and critics into evangelists
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams, because silos are for grain, not startups
• Analyze data, track KPIs, and occasionally question your life choices in a spreadsheet
• Ensure Phi Browser is not just used, but loved, everywhere from Silicon Valley to the Silicon Roundabout

• Native English language fluency (or at least convincingly fake it)
• 3+ years in global operations, growth, or "making things happen where they shouldn't" roles, preferably in tech, software, or AI
• Proven expertise in SEO, social media navigation, and the dark arts of growth hacking
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with software/AI product operations and marketing in US/EU regions — you know the difference between GDPR and a GIF
• Experience building and nurturing communities, both online and IRL (bonus points if you've survived a Reddit AMA)
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable with dashboards, analytics, and the occasional panic attack over conversion rates
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills — can you turn a troll into a fan? Can you make a launch sound like a global event?
• Relentless curiosity about what makes users tick, click, and stick around

• You are already a KOL in any mainstream social platform
• Background in browser or SaaS operations, or launching products that people actually remember
• Basic (vibe) coding, automation, or meme-generation skills (Python, JS, Canva, interpretive dance)
• Familiarity with global privacy frameworks, influencer marketing, or just a healthy skepticism of all algorithms
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, remote, international team where "asynchronous" means "good luck"
