Phi Browser 2.0.1 is here, a small Friday fix landing just in time for the 4th of July weekend, because nothing says independence like freeing your New Tab Page from hallucinated widget nonsense.

We ironed out a few minor wrinkles in Space selection, so moving around should feel a little less haunted. We also tightened up widget generation, especially around real-time data, because a widget confidently inventing the next World Cup match is not intelligence, it is just a tiny sports bar liar.

Widgets can now reflect real-time data more reliably, so you can keep an eye on things from your New Tab Page without opening seventeen tabs like a civilized raccoon. Next World Cup match? Right there. Market bits, schedules, live-ish little useful things? Also right there.
