Phi 2.16.1

Phi Browser 2.16.1 is a small release with one job: security.

A security researcher flagged an issue in Phi Link's Telegram setup, and it's now fixed. We've seen no sign of any harm done. Kudos and thanks to them for finding it, and for keeping us honest. We've also retired our official Telegram relay: Phi Link now connects through a Telegram bot of your own, so that link is yours to set up and yours to control. If you were using the official one, you'll need to connect your own bot to carry on.

We patched the Chromium core too, backporting fixes for known CVEs. Still 156, just harder to pick on.

Security is a pillar of Phi, not something we get to mess around with. We should have been quicker on this one, and we will.

Update now. It's small, it's boring, and boring is exactly the goal.
